Do I need to make a booking?
We suggest you always make a booking to avoid disappointment and to ensure the treatment and practitioner you want is available. Our clinic is open 7 days a week, therefore there is plently of availability if you book in advance. Keep in mind that treatment times outside of normal 9-5 working hours can fill up to a week in advance.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Ideally 10-15 minutes before your appointment begins. For those who have not been to the clinic before, you will need to
fill out some details prior to the commencement of your treatment.

Arriving early means you are not rushed, flustered and stressed and that we can have already collected your details before
your treatment time begins. We have a lovely, peaceful waiting lounge, so come in early and take advantage of it. It's a
great way to 'extend' your treatment time.

What's included within my treatment time?
The treatment time includes a brief consultation/assessment of your needs, undressing time and dressing time at the end,
all of which tends to take around 10 minutes. The practitioner will usually end 5 minutes before the hour to allow change
time. In general a 60 minute massage includes 50 minutes of actual massage and 10 minutes to open and close the

What do I need to wear/ bring with me?
You don't need to bring anything or wear specific clothing for treatments. All body treatments are performed in a very professional and descrete manner, using towels to drape the body and ensure your absolute comfort.

For initial Naturopathic appointments, it's an idea to bring any recent test results and a list of any supplements or medications
you take, including dosage and frequency of dose.

What if I'm late or I need to cancel an appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will also lessen the effectiveness and more importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to our practitioners and other clients, all treatments are completed
as scheduled.

Out of consideration, we ask you to advise us with advance notice of any changes or cancellations to scheduled
appointments. Whilst we do our best to assist you with unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that any
changes with short notice can be met. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50%
cancellation fee.

What payment options are there?
We accept cash, eftpos and credit cards, with the exception of American Express.

Are health fund rebates available for treatments?
Health fund rebates are available for Massage, Acupuncture & Naturopathic treatments. Rebates for other treatments (hypnotherapy, homeopathy) are only covered by some health funds. The best idea is to check with your fund prior to
booking and confirm with us when making the appointment. 

We do offer HICAPS processing for treatments with many of our practitioners at the time of payment.
